We aim to send out all shirts within 48 hours of them being ordered. Sometimes we may not be able to fulfill this in which case you will be notified.

We only post recorded delivery for UK and overseas, so there is a tracking number, insurance and signed for.

All credit card details are encrypted and handled by a secure server outside ktandpaul.com, we never see credit card details

We are happy to exchange your t shirt if it doesn't fit. The original t shirt must be returned in 7 days. Repostage costs of new t shirt will be charged to customer. If you are not happy with purchase a full refund will be given within 7 days. All items must be returned in perfect condition as they were sent to you.
